Vacant land of 18500m2 has become available on the market in the Free State town of Theunissen, where massive development is planned to take place with a R1 Billion coal and gas development. A full feasibility study has been conducted on the establishment of a 6800m2 shopping centre with a Gross Lettable Area of 5173m2 . The shopping centre is situated in the buffer strip which is a piece of land that was used to separate the township from the main portion of the town. The exciting aspect of this is that most of the township residents have to commute across the proclaimed piece of property we have proposed, to get to any retail outlet as all retail outlets are situated on the far end of the town. The now proclaimed piece of property would be centrally located for all. A full presentation of the shopping centre was given to the Local Council, which consisted of all the political parties. It was endorsed by all and the project has the backing of the Premier and the Mayor. This is a turnkey project and all relevant documentation and approvals by council have been met. This is an extremely exciting opportunity and should not be missed.
