Bordering the Seekoei River adjacent to Paradise Beach The farm is a riparian property of which the northern boundary is the Seekoei River. A technical survey of reserves has not been done, but it is evident that there is a vast quantity of limestone. Mining has been conducted over a relatively small area over the past 20 years. The product is used by dairy farmers in the Tsitsikama region to reduce the acidity of their soil so as to grow fodder on their farms. 2. The farm is very suitable for town/village establishment, due to its strategic location.
