It is adjacent to a one bedroom unit currently occupied by a single professional. This unit will be most suited for a single person, a professional couple or a retired couple who values privacy, peace and security. It has a big carport in front of the unit and three cars fit under it easily. The unit is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven and water is part of the rent. The unit also has a gas geyser. Gas and prepaid electricity is payable by the tenant. The unit also comes with a panic button linked to armed response and the previous tenants had their own fibre installed in the unit and therefore the infrastructure is already there if the incoming tenant wants to do reconnect it at their cost.
