Perfectly located in the heart of Knysna , we are a 2minute walk from both the Waterfront & town. Our accommodation ranges from Dorm beds, std. double rooms to en suite twin/triple rooms & all are inclusive of , wi-fi, DSTV, secure parking & communal kitchen & braai area. We offer 'basic' self-cook breakfasts consisting of eggs, fresh fruit, toast jams, tea & coffee at no extra cost,throughout your stay with us. We provide a laundry service. We will also arrange any activities & day trips for you, while also advising you on planning your travel itinerary further. Knysna , without doubt is South Africa 's best kept secret. It is named in 'the top 100 places ' in the world to visit....This quaint, bustling tourist town is home to a huge indigenous population of people of all ages, creeds & cultures Today, Knysna boasts an upbeat ' Waterfront ' full of shops, bars & restaurants with stunning views of 'the heads', it is the perfect place for a sundowner on the lagoon, which is home to the famous Knysna oysters & seahorses. Town has 3 shopping malls & an art/craft market, catering for your every need... all are merely a 'stones-throw' from Jembjo's Knysna lodge. Knysna plays host to a number of international festivals each year.... In July hoards of people are drawn to indulge in the annual Oyster festival. September sees the town attract young & old aspiring artists to the Arts Exhibitions. For the more energetic & extreme adrenalin junkies, then May is the time to be in town as the Knysna Speed festival kicks into gear. The Pink Loerie/Mardi Gras festival is also held in May.
