Good day. My son and I am looking for a place to rent from 1 May or 1 June. This can only be on Brackenfell of Vredenberg areas as he is attending school and I am working in Brackenfell If its a flat a garage is a must and it needs to be ground floor. I would prefer to rent directly form the owner or from an agency that does have a heart and are not fixated on pre qualification requirements. Heres why.
